Collecting your car
Welcome to East Midlands! Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, head straight into the main Arrivals Hall.
Look for our representative holding a sign with your name. From there, we will take a quick 3-minute walk to the Short Stay 1 car park where your vehicle is ready to go.
We will do a quick walk-around, hand you the keys, and you can drive straight out — your exit parking fee is already covered.

Returning your car

Follow airport signs for “Short Stay 1.” Pull up to the barrier, take a ticket, and park in any available bay. Please leave the ticket on the dashboard for our team. Our representative will meet you at the car at your scheduled return time to collect the keys, leaving you just a minute's walk from the departure doors.
