Collecting your car
Heathrow has multiple terminals, but the process is the same for all. Meet our representative in the Arrivals Hall of your designated terminal — they will be holding a sign with your name.
We will walk together to the Short Stay Car Park attached to your terminal, complete a quick walk-around, and hand over the keys.

Returning your car
Heathrow heavily enforces a no-waiting policy on its departure forecourts, so the car must come back to the Short Stay Car Park for your departure terminal.

Take a ticket at the entry barrier and leave it on the dashboard. Park on the designated level, and our representative will meet you there to take the keys so you can head straight to departures.
