Delivery and collection here is a flat £120, covering both the handover on arrival and the return. Exit parking fees are always paid by us.
Collecting your car
Once you grab your luggage, walk out into the Arrivals Hall to meet our representative holding your name sign.
We will guide you on a short walk to the Short Stay Car Park (Orange Zone) where your vehicle is waiting. After a quick vehicle check, you are good to go.

Returning your car
Stansted's Express Set Down area does not permit vehicle handovers. The Orange Zone of the Short Stay Car Park gives you the closest walking route to the terminal.

Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park, and aim for the Orange Zone. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in an available bay, and leave your ticket on the dashboard. Our representative will meet you at the car to finalise the handover.
